Burns Park
Burns Park is 1,575 acres of outdoor land and is one of the largest city parks in the country. Situated on the land is an antebellum log cabin, fishing pier with disability access, 36 hole golf course, and an amusement park. Other recreational facilities include tennis courts, baseball diamonds, and hiking trails.

From its humble beginnings in 1926 when the site was home to a circus trained brown bear and a timber wolf, the Little Rock Zoo has risen to a large facility with over 600 animals portraying 170 species.
